A Skill Set in Hospitality is a vocational education and training program designed to provide students with a foundational understanding and practical skills in the hospitality industry. Gain the skills to create good relationships with customers, provide quality service and help a business to improve customer service levels. Learn how to make an excellent coffee and how to refuse service appropriately.

To get you job ready, you’ll learn about areas of personal development, how to use workplace technology and business systems, and responsible service of alcohol (RSA). Learn how to be a customer experience superstar and gain the tools you need to be successful in this industry. It also includes infection control and prevention procedures and food safety to ensure you’re working safely.
