A streamlined, workplace‑focused program designed to build practical capability in on‑the‑job training, mentoring, and competency‑based assessment. This integrated 5‑day program equips participants with the skills to deliver training and assessment efficiently within real work environments.

Delivery Model 

Delivered over five consecutive days using an integrated model that reduces duplication and embeds assessment throughout delivery. Training is contextualised to workplace roles and tasks, allowing skills to be applied immediately on the job.
