TAESS00021 Facilitation Skill Set
This skill set provides the necessary skills and knowledge for people facilitating group based face to face training under supervision in the vocational education and training (VET) sector. This course which will be delivered online. It is the first in a series of skill sets which will collectively provide the full TAE40122. It is very suitable for candidates who want to work as a tutor while the develop the skills and qualification to be a fully fledged trainer and assessor.
