The Business (Leadership Focus) Online Course qualification is designed to empower emerging leaders and individuals in supervisory roles to enhance their business acumen and develop essential leadership skills.

Participants will also learn to leverage digital technologies, write complex documents, prioritise work responsibilities, apply critical thinking, implement workplace health and safety policies, and demonstrate leadership qualities.

Through interactive classroom and online sessions, participants will gain practical knowledge, enhance decision-making abilities, improve communication strategies, and develop the skills necessary to lead and influence teams effectively.

This course is delivered in a blended mode with virtual and workplace requirements. A computer with headset and camera (webcam) is required for the virtual delivery. Regular attendance is a condition of funding.

The course delivery is blended with 8 classroom sessions from our West Perth campus and the rest are online via Microsoft Teams, offering convenience and accessibility to learners.

Classroom sessions: 9am – 4pm

  • an Australian citizen; or

Year 12 school students who are leaving school can access a subsidised training place from 23 October 2024.
