BSB50420 Diploma of Leadership and Management – AI Integration Program

This qualification reflects the role of individuals who apply knowledge, practical skills and experience in leadership and management across a range of enterprise and industry contexts. The AI Integration Program is designed for leaders and managers guiding their teams and organisations through the adoption of artificial intelligence tools and practices.

This offering is delivered to a dedicated AI Integration Program cohort, fully online, using one 2-hour live virtual classroom session each week (Wednesdays), supported by self-paced learning and workplace application, over an approximately 12-month program.

Potential employment outcomes include team leader, supervisor, coordinator, office manager, operations manager and other leadership and management roles with responsibility for guiding AI adoption within their teams and organisations.

Entry Requirements
There are no formal entry requirements specified for BSB50420. This program is designed for existing and emerging leaders, including team leaders, supervisors and coordinators, operations and office managers, project or program coordinators, small business managers, and existing workers seeking to build leadership capability for AI-enabled workplaces. Each learner must have ongoing access to a suitable workplace, or an SSI-approved realistic simulated workplace, for assessment.
