Entry Requirements

The CHC32015 Certificate III in Community Services consists of 12 units of competency:

  • 5 core units
  • 7 elective units

This course is funded under the Jobs and Skills WA  Lower Fees, Local Skills initiative. Course fees are capped at $1,200 if you are a non-concession holder (aged 25 years or above) and $400 if you’re aged 15—24 or a concession holder.

The student tuition fees are indicative only and are subject to change given individual circumstances during enrolment. Additional fees may apply, such as resource fees and other fees.

  • Be unemployed or working less than 20 hours per week in any industry;
  • an Australian citizen;
  • permanent visa holder, or
  • holder of a subclass 300, 309, 444, 445, 461, 785, 790, or 820 visa;
  • secondary holder of a temporary visa of subclass 188, 457, 482, 489, 491, or 494 visa;
  • holder of a Bridging Visa E (subclasses 050 and 051) where the visa holder has made a valid application for a visa of subclass 785 or 790;
  • Ukrainian citizens who are holders of a visa subclass 449 or 786;
  • Afghan citizens who are holders of a visa subclass 449; and
  • holders of a bridging visa who are eligible to work and who have made a valid application for a subclass 866.
