Mentoring is based on a relationship between the mentor and mentee. Through this relationship, the mentor and mentee can benefit from a range of personal and professional development opportunities.
This course will provide a structure for the development and implementation of a mentoring program. It is one of the units in the BSB80615 Graduate Diploma of Management (Learning). Learners need to complete the assessment if they wish to attain the unit. Alternatively, learners can take advantage of the learning and support to develop the mentoring program for their own organisation.

Those who wish to complete the unit as part of the BSB80615 Graduate Diploma of Management (Learning) should hold a degree, an advanced diploma qualification or be in a position in an organisation where they have the authority to influence organisational change.
