Create a Mentor Program

BSBLED805 Plan and implement a mentoring program

One Day Workshop Tuesday 24th September 2019

Mentoring is based on a relationship between the mentor and mentee. Through this relationship, the mentor and mentee can benefit from a range of personal and professional development opportunities.

Mentoring can:

  • help with career progression
  • improve job satisfaction
  • increase motivation
  • develop leadership and problem-solving skills
  • build confidence and self-esteem
  • boost morale
  • provide regular constructive feedback
  • widen networking circles.

This course will provide a structure for the development and implementation of a mentoring program.  It is one of the units in the BSB80615  Graduate Diploma of Management (Learning).  Learners need to complete the assessment if they wish to attain the unit.  Alternatively, learners can take advantage of the learning and support to develop the mentoring program for their own organisation.
