The Infection Control Skill Set is designed to give you job ready skills to follow organisational infection prevention and control policies and procedures. This includes implementing standard and transmission-based precautions and responding to infection risks in organisations operating in the retail industry.
This skill set is suited to retail settings such as supermarkets, shopping centres, cinemas, petrol stations, beauty salons, gyms and hairdressing salons.

Face-to-face and virtual classroom training is available for groups. If you would like more information please contact us.
Students will complete their online learning and assessment and then a component in their workplace. The course duration will depend on each individual student.

You must be 15 years of age or older.
School-based students are ineligible to be enrolled in this skill set.
You must have current employment in, or access to, a retail workplace to complete your assessment.
