This qualification reflects the role of workers in a range of education settings, including public and independent schools and community education settings, who provide assistance and support to teachers and students under broad-based supervision.
Some job roles may require tasks to be performed with a moderate level of autonomy and/or the provision of supervision/leadership to other staff/volunteers.

A range of elective units are available to meet your specific needs.
The following delivery methods are available for this qualification.
Attend face-to-face classes 1 day a week for 24 weeks delivered at either our Balcatta and Mandurah Training Centres. Classes are scheduled throughout the year with a rolling intake. You will complete online learning and assessment in your own time. Supervised work placement of 100 hours is required.
Start any time and work at your own pace. You will be supported by a dedicated trainer/assessor and have 24/7 access to our online learning platform where you can complete your learning and assessment at any time. Supervised work placement of 100 hours is required.

Completion of this qualification depends on each individual student, including their availability and previous experience.
Regular submission of assessments is a requirement of this course. A training and assessment schedule will be discussed with you and provided by your Trainer/Assessor.
Tuition Fee: $3,500
Fees may differ depending on chosen elective units, credit transfers and delivery method requirements.
There are no formal requirements however it is strongly recommended that you have current employment or access to a workplace to complete assessments.
