The Business and Leadership and Management Online Course is an accredited Dual Certification designed to empower emerging leaders and individuals in supervisory roles to enhance their business acumen and develop essential leadership skills. The course will be conducted weekly over 26 weeks, with each session lasting 2 hours. The course delivery will be through Microsoft Teams, offering convenience and accessibility to participants.

This course will have a rolling intake and is anticipated to take 26 weeks to complete all units.

The course covers a wide range of topics, including business strategy, effective communication, team building, change management, problem-solving, emotional intelligence, and workplace relationships. Participants will also learn to leverage digital technologies, write complex documents, prioritise work responsibilities, apply critical thinking, implement workplace health and safety policies, and demonstrate leadership qualities. Through interactive sessions delivered via Microsoft Teams, participants will gain practical knowledge, enhance decision-making abilities, improve communication strategies, and develop the skills necessary to lead and influence teams effectively.

This qualification comprises of 12 units of competency chosen to cover both qualifications.
