COVID 19 has created uncertainty for all, with business closure and job losses for many.

Both State and Federal Governments are providing support to displaced workers and those looking for employment.  As a result a range of skills sets (or short courses) are available to help get you started on your new future.

AE134 Customer Service Skill Set

This skill set provides entry level support to individuals wishing to work in any of the Tourism, Events, Travel  and/or Hospitality industries by equipping individuals with the necessary skills to provide quality customer service along with the knowledge required to follow organisational infection prevention and control procedures.

Delivery for this skillset will be face to face workshop from our Mandurah training rooms.

This skillset provides entry level for individuals wanting a career in business.

Delivery will be in a face to face workshop from our Mandurah Training rooms.

AE150 Operating a Small Business Skill Set

This skillset was  developed to support small business owners and operators and people interested in starting a small business, to develop and enhance their skills and knowledge in some of the key areas of managing and operating a small business

This skill set will be delivered one session per week over 8 weeks via virtual classroom using Microsoft Teams.   Enrol into the timeslot that suits you below

 CHCSS00114 Entry into Care Roles Skill Set

This skill set provides entry level support for basic client care for a range of roles and purposes required within the aged care and disability support sectors.  The support provided in client care will be predominately non-direct, with some basic direct client care in order to maintain the safety of both the learner and client in care.

The units provide credit towards the Certificate III in Individual Support and other qualificaitons that allow for selection of these units.

We have two methods of delivery to choose from.  Online via virtual classroom using Microsoft Teams and face to face workshops.   Please select the time and delivery of your choice below.
